You Want to Scale Your Practice, Bring on the Right Clients, and Earn More.

There are just a few obstacles standing in the way.

  • You don’t have the time.

  • The mental space.

  • Or the energy to take on one more responsibility.

No worries. That’s why I’m here.

My name is Mary, and I’m a mental health copywriter for counselors and therapists just like you.

I’ll handle your online presence so you can be more present with your one-on-one clients.

I write copy for therapists, counselors, and other experts on mental health to:

-Grow their businesses

-Expand their reach

-Connect with clients in a more meaningful and effective way

You could say mental healthcare runs in my blood. My dad’s a licensed psychologist and I’ve had my own mental health struggles.. Connecting and empathizing with your clients comes naturally to me since I speak and understand their language.

Mental illnesses and mental disorders are some of the most common health problems in the United States.*

Helping you spread the word about the importance of caring for mental health is more than a job for me.

It’s a commitment.

Working With Me Means You Get

  1. Blogs focused on providing value, increasing your credibility, and calling your readers to act.

  2. Website copy that’s written for search engine optimization, so you show up at the top of Google.

  3. Lead magnets and landing pages ready to capture your ideal client’s contact information and guide them through a campaign.

  4. Email marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and connecting with clients on a consistent basis.

  5. Relationship-focused content with empathy as the foundation.

Client Testimonials

Sometimes Asking For Help is the Smartest Move You Can Make.

You’ve probably said this to your clients before.

Understanding your limitations isn’t failing. We both know it’s quite the opposite. As a mental health and wellness professional, you know asking for help means you’re ready to grow and become the best version of yourself.

Let’s push pause for a minute.

Remember when you decided to open your own practice? You knew it’d be a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but you were committed and ready to take on those challenges.

Cut to a few years later, and you’ve realized so many of your billable hours are spent doing non-billable tasks.

You find yourself doing more online marketing, prospecting for new clients, and trying to create effective marketing campaigns than actually working with people one-on-one. You feel like you're spinning your wheels and going nowhere.

You know in order to move closer to your goals financially and personally, online marketing needs to be a priority. But in order to make it happen consistently and effectively, you lack the:

  • Time

  • Expertise

  • Resources

You want to grow your practice, bring on more therapists, and earn more, but your limitations are reminding you how human you are.

Somethings gotta give for you to grow, expand, and reach new heights in your business.

It’s time to delegate and let someone manage your online marketing strategy. That internal peace you’re feeling confirms this is the smartest move for your success.

Hello. I’m Mary, a Health & Wellness Copywriter.

And an Advocate for Mental Health.

While there are many industries I would enjoy writing in, I feel mental health and wellness chose me. And I consider it a privilege to write in this space.

Through my own journey with mental health and eating disorder issues, I can speak to your readers from the heart. And that’s because I’ve been there.

No, I’m not a therapist or psychologist. But, chances are, I’ve traveled a road similar to the one your patient has been down.

I know their pain. Their hopelessness. The shame, guilt, and despair they feel. And I know how to sit with them in their hurt, but then give them hope for something more.

It’s this ability to empathize with your readers that allows me the ability to convey a message of hope and healing using your tone of voice. Before they even meet you, readers get to know the kind of counselor you are through my writing.

It’s amazing how powerful words are in our lives. The words I use when writing thoughtful and compelling copy represent who you are as a mental health therapist.

Sharing about my own journey is what makes me a copywriter with heart and soul.

It’s about empathizing and encouraging your reader to take an action in moving toward healing.

Nothing can replace one-on-one therapy and care. But there’s so much information people need to hear and know when it comes to mental illness and mental disorders  I want to support you and your efforts in growing your practice and maximizing your billable hours.

The words used in your blogs, website copy, newsletters, email sequences, and opt-ins all have the power to convey a message of healing, transformation, and hope. I don’t take that responsibility lightly.

And I know you don’t either.

Helping you grow your business means more people have access to the care they need for their mental health and wellness concerns. And that’s why I’m excited to partner with you and your practice.

  • Landing Pages

Investment starts at $600 for 500 words

Your landing page plays a pivotal role in your marketing campaign. It’s what directs your reader down the customer journey. FAQ

  • Whether it’s a copywriter for therapists, a healthcare copywriter, or a women’s healthcare copywriter, copywriting is any sort of written text with the goal of persuading the reader to take some sort of action.

A copywriter provides words, or copy, for webpages, blogs, articles, white pages, ads, landing pages, email sequences, and social media posts.

They have the knowledge and expertise to write compelling copy with SEO in mind to optimize your website so your business can grow.

  • Not a problem.

This is where our Discovery Call comes into play. Before we meet I’ll look over your website and create an online marketing strategy for you and your business.

  • Many SEO experts say you'll start seeing results anywhere from 4-6 months. But it’s during the 6-12* month mark when you’ll see satisfying results from your efforts.

Keep in mind that SEO has a snowball effect and continues to grow in time so long as you maintain it.

That’s why blogs filled with keywords and valuable content are important. The more SEO your website has, the more Google views it as being relevant and authoritative.

And when Google’s happy, we’re happy.

*How long does SEO take to work: Stats from 75 experts [2022]." 11 Feb. 2022, https://morningscore.io/how-long-does-seo-take/. Accessed 9 Jan. 2023.

  • First of all, congratulations on page one. Such an accomplishment. You’re doing something right, and we want to make sure you keep your spot on page one.

Blogs are so much more than your thoughts, journal entries, or even storytelling.

Think of blogs as your ability to showcase your expertise and authority, increase your SEO (are you starting to see how important this is), and continue keeping you on page one.

They’re one of the best marketing tools you can use. This is because they’ve got the ability to bring you your ideal client. If you specialize in trauma care, your strategically crafted blogs can bring you clients needing that sort of mental healthcare.

    A blog will:

-Continue to help people find your website

    -Answer prospective client’s questions

    -Showcase your knowledge and expertise

-Address specific concerns in your niche

-Bring life, personality, and relevancy to your website

Your blog can be repurposed on social media, YouTube, and even Tik Tok

  • While it’s impossible to fully guarantee or know how a piece of copy will perform, I can guarantee you this.

Every project matters to me and I guarantee to write with integrity and care.

But on a more professional level, each piece of copy I write is jam-packed with:

-An extensive amount of research and understanding of each topic

-Statistics and case studies when applicable for credibility

-The right keywords getting you in front of your target audience

-Search Engine Optimization which gives your website and copy authority and relevance

-Done-for-you formatting so all you have to do is cut, paste, and post

    -A clear and concise Call-To-Action

-Headlines and email subject lines that get the reader to actually read

  • A website audit is a thorough evaluation of a website to check how well it’s performing. An audit can let you know if your website’s functioning smoothly or not.

Having your website audited shows if your website’s optimized for your goals. Once a website audit is done, you’re better able to make adjustments and improve your website’s SEO so you can move towards your goals efficiently.

    Other benefits include:

    -Better user experience

    -Search Engine Optimization

    -Greater conversion rates

    -Improve your content

    -Stay up-to-date with algorithms

A website audit tells where you currently stand, but more importantly, shows you how to adjust so you move toward your goal.
